Bad customer Service, False Information, Didn't refund money easily in case of refund - airline tickets

I purchase my ticket for Pakistan in february 2015 and then cancel in April due to some emergency. I haven't receive any money back.It been more than two months now. They put me on hold whenever I called them. They always gave me false information.My ticket/booking id is Y4UDL. Do not purchase any ticket from them
